Developed by the company's employees, the software product "SIGURD-MIND Contact Center Program", based on the order of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Telecommunications of the Russian Federation, is classified as "Information systems for solving specific industry tasks" and entered into the unified register of the Ministry of Communications.
