Voice and Business: modern dialog bots

On November 11, SIGURD-IT specialists, together with partners from the companies Ekran and Speech Drive, held a webinar on the topic "Voice and bot: modern dialog bots – real cases and discussion of business needs."
When there are too many calls and scaling by people becomes expensive, businesses need a voice bot - a speech recognition and speech synthesis platform to automate customer service.
Is it worth investing in a bot and, if so, which type of bot to choose? How appropriate is such automation? How to measure the effectiveness of bots? Should the client understand that he is communicating with artificial intelligence? These and many other key issues of the topic were discussed at the webinar in an online format. The speakers talked about the value of the voice assistant, its functionality and business opportunities, and also shared real, working cases from practical experience.
