According to the established good tradition, the management and technical specialists of SIGURD-IT, being regular participants of one of the main event of the year - Customer Contacts Week 2021, successfully performed at the demo forum of the week of contact centers "Modern technologies for customer interaction and customer experience improvement" together with colleagues from the ARGUS Research Center, and also held demonstrations, presenting the company's stand and answering questions of listeners.
