SIGURD-IT started negotiations on the planned project "System 112" for the Bryansk Fire and Rescue Center in the winter of 2021, and in October, after a tender and the conclusion of a state contract for the supply of a solution, it began its implementation. For this purpose, a detailed technical design and a program of the system testing methodology were developed.
A team of SIGURD-IT technical specialists promptly completed the solution of the initial task of the project within a week – updating the recording system of the SIGURD-MIND contact center in order to separate the recording of the operator's speech and the applicant's speech.
SIGURD-IT partners from the SPEECH DRIVE company professionally approached the implementation of the next stage of the project - the introduction of a speech analytics system. Within two weeks, the installation of the speech analytics system was completed, its integration with SIGURD-MIND and the operation of the main components was configured. 100 keywords have also been added to the system, allowing for even more efficient and timely monitoring and control of key aspects of the work of contact center operators.
Since the launch, the system has received more than 300,000 calls and for each of them a transcript was received with the separation of the operator's and client's speech. Currently, the system operating in Bryansk analyzes the indicators of several dozen operators of the 112 service at once and accepts more than 5,000 calls per day, and in the meantime, Sigurd Team, together with colleagues, is already planning to implement new stages for the development of this system, which have already been agreed with the customer.
