The 102 system has been launched in Tashkent

For three years now, SIGURD-IT specialists, together with colleagues from STC PROTEY, have been actively working on one of the key projects for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
To implement this large-scale project, a single distributed contact center SIGURD MIND was selected as the main element of the 102 system. All calls received through the 102 service lines and addressed to law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Uzbekistan are now promptly accepted, processed and registered by operators.
It took colleagues a little over a year to successfully launch 12 regional sites of the system: Khorezm, Navoi, Bukhara, Kashkadarya, Surkhandarya, Samarkand, Jizzakh, Syrdarya, Tashkent, Namangan, Ferghana and Andijan, as well as launch sites in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Each of these functioning sites can receive more than 30,000 calls from citizens per day.
On December 10, 2021, the official launch of the 14th regional site of the 102 system took place in Tashkent. All service calls were successfully transferred to the SIGURD MIND contact center. Currently, preparations for the transition of the system into commercial operation from January 1, 2022 are in full swing.
Sometimes, not a minute, but a second is important in solving issues related to the life, health and safety of citizens. The presence of a SIGURD-IT system implemented by specialists allowed citizens of the Republic to reach law enforcement agencies in no more than 20 seconds, which in turn significantly accelerated the response of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to all incoming offenses. According to experts, in the future this project will increase public confidence in the police by more than 35%, which we are undoubtedly happy about.
We thank our colleagues for understanding the importance of a common cause, dedication and perseverance on the way to achieving common goals!
